About the Library

What is the KB Human Capital Solutions HR Document Library?
A members-only library of ready-to-use, South African labour law-compliant HR documents — policies, procedures, templates, contracts, and letters — covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit. Every document is provided in editable Microsoft Word format so you can add your own company name and put it to work immediately.

How many documents are in the library?
102 documents across 4 categories, including core HR policies, procedures, templates, employment contracts, administration letters and dedicated policy sets for recruitment, performance and development, remuneration and benefits, health, safety and wellness.

What legislation are the documents based on?
Every document is grounded in South African labour law, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and where relevant, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the Harassment Code of Good Practice.

Is this legal advice?
No. KB Human Capital Solutions (Pty) Ltd is an HR consultancy providing practical, ready-to-use HR documentation and support. Our documents are grounded in South African labour legislation, but they don't replace individual legal advice for specific situations.

How do I sign up?
Complete the Membership Access Request form on our site with your name, company, Google account email, phone number, and plan selection. You'll receive an automatic confirmation and I will follow up with next steps.

How does payment work?
Once you've submitted your request, we'll send you our banking details for EFT payment. After we confirm payment has been received, we activate your access to the members portal and document library.

Do I need a Google account?
Yes. Access to the members portal is managed through a Google Group linked to your Google account email, so you'll need a Google account (a free Gmail address works) to receive access.
