Kurt Bothman
As Principal Consultant of KB Human Capital Solutions (Pty) Ltd, I bring extensive Senior Human Resources experience gained from leading and managing the Human Resources and Employee Relations functions at De Beers Consolidated Mines, Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa and Volvo Group Southern Africa. I also led wellness programmes that received global and local recognition, demonstrating the value of integrating employee wellbeing into business strategy.
This experience enables me to provide practical, strategic and sustainable human capital solutions that are aligned with business objectives, promote sound governance and foster productive workplace relationships.
Today, I partner directly with clients to deliver practical, strategic and sustainable Human Capital solutions that strengthen governance, develop people and enable business to achieve sustainable success.
